Car Wash Vacuum Systems

The surprising key to successful car washes? — Vacuum!

Whatever type of wash you’re building or retrofitting, success starts with providing the optimal customer experience. Vacuums are a key to that experience and resulting success.

Consider that the average American drives more than 29 miles per day. That’s a lot of time spent inside the vehicle. And that means a clean interior is every bit as important as a shiny exterior clean. Wash owners and operators often tell us many customers come for the vacuums and stay (and pay!) for the wash.

There are a lot of details that go into a car wash’s central vacuum system – design, physics, engineering and more. Vacutech’s team of experts has 100+ years of experience we put to work on each and every system we build to make the process easy. You focus on building your dream, we’ll take care of the details. Vacutech’s central vacuum systems can be tailored to whatever kind of wash you’re working on.

Express Exterior

Currently the most popular style for new car wash builds in the United States, the express exterior model utilizes a conveyor which carries the vehicle, and its occupants, through a long building (called a tunnel) as automated equipment does the washing. Express exterior washes generally offer free vacuums customers can use to clean the interior of their vehicles. Convenient vacuum equipment and accessories contribute significantly to the overall customer experience.
